  • High touch surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned every hour as part of our enhanced daily sanitizing.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available for you.
  • We’re ensuring physical distancing can be maintained by limiting store occupancy and updating store layouts. 
  • We’re not taking cash. We’re accepting electronic payments only—cards or digital wallets, and tap is best.
  • We’ve extended our return policy and have express returns and exchanges to save time in the store.
Yes, we are happy to announce that we are now offering curbside pickup at our Oakville, Pickering, Newmarket and Concord store locations.

Get it fast with Curbside Contactless Pickup, available seven days a week. Check your local store for hours.

  1. Place your online order with the curbside pickup option.
  2. Wait for your Ready for Pick Up email and follow instructions for Curbside Pick Up.
  3. Upon arrival, park at a Curbside Pickup sign and call the phone number listed. Please have your name, photo ID and order number ready, and an associate will deliver your purchase to your vehicle.
If your order has not been picked within 7 Days, the order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded your money.
We are accepting cash payments at this time but prefer contactless tap payments like credit and debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Check in with your financial institution so your digital wallets are ready to go! You’ll still be able to redeem any gift cards you’ve been holding on to. 
Yes! We can accept returns for items bought online or in-store (as long as they are eligible for return). Just bring proof of payment along, and make sure your items are unwashed and unworn, with tags attached. We have expedited our returns and exchanges process to speed things along. 
Unfortunately at this time, the fitting rooms are temporarily closed until further notice. All Pro Shops are open for Skate Sharpenings. Any updates to store operations will be announced here.
The number of customers allowed in your local store will depend on the size of the store. Smaller stores will have no more than 15 people and larger stores will have no more than 50 people. When necessary, there will be line ups outside the store with social distancing markers and/or tape to follow.
