The Giveaway sponsor is FGL Sports Ltd. ("FGL" or the "Sponsor") with its head office located at Unit #110 - 205 Quarry Park Blvd. SE, Calgary, AB T2C 3E7. This Giveaway is also administered by the Sponsor. Any questions, comments or complaints must be directed to the Sponsor.

To be eligible for this Giveaway, an individual must: (a) be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec); and (b) 18 years of age or older in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Giveaway. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Giveaway must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion; to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

The Giveaway begins on April 5, 2019 at 7:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on April 5, 2019 at approximately 9:30 AM EST (the "Giveaway Period") after which time the Giveaway will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. Enter using the method of entry outlined below. No entries will be accepted by any other means.
During the Giveaway Period, visit the grand opening of your local National Sports Store (https://www.nationalsports.com/pages/store-locator) ("Participating Locations") prior to the store opening at 9:30 AM EST. The first fifty (50) customers in line prior to the store opening at 9:30AM EST shall be eligible to win.
Limit of one (1) entry per household during the Giveaway Period. If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (a) obtain more than one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period; and/or (b) use multiple names or identities to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Giveaway; then he/she may be disqualified from the Giveaway in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
You agree that the Sponsor may, at any time, disqualify an entrant from the Giveaway if the Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion.

The prizes are hereafter referred to as "Prizes". The Prize winners are hereafter referred to as a "Winners".
There are fifty (50) Prizes available to be won at each Participating Location, for a total of nine hundred (900) prizes in the Giveaway. Each Prize consists of one (1) $20.00 National Sport gift card valid online in-store only at one of our Participating Locations (approximate retail value: $20.00 per Prize). The Prizes are allocated as follows:

Winners are not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated approximate retail value of the Prize, if any.
Each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) Prize regardless of entry.
The Prize will be distributed on April 5, 2019 after each Winner has been successfully fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its and its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason. Gift cards are subject to additional terms as specified on the gift card itself.
The Sponsor shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes.
Prizes are subject to additional terms and conditions as specified on each gift card.

On April 5, 2019 at approximately 9:30 AM EST, the first fifty (50) customers in line at each Participating Location will be selected to win a Prize.
The odds of being selected as a potential Winner are dependent upon the number of eligible individuals who participate. Before being declared a Winner, each selected entrant shall be required to: (a) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone call or by e-mail; and (b) comply with the Giveaway Rules.
Each selected entrant will be notified in person on April 5, 2019 at the end of the Giveaway Period. If the selected entrant does comply with the Giveaway Rules, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive the Prize and another entrant may be selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion until such time as an entrant satisfies the terms set out herein.
If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the Giveaway, there are more selected entrants than contemplated in these Giveaway Rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible Prize claimants after the Giveaway’s closing date to award the correct number of Prizes.

Each Winner that confirms: (a) his/her eligibility for the Giveaway and compliance with these Giveaway Rules; (b) acceptance of the Prize as offered; (c) releases of the Sponsor, administrator, its/their subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway, participation in any Giveaway-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; (d) grants to the Sponsor the unrestricted right, in the Sponsor’s individual discretion, to produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use the Winner’s name, photograph, the Entry, likeness, voice and biography, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the Giveaway and the promotion and exploitation thereof; and (e) acknowledges that, upon request by the Sponsor, Winner shall sign (or cause to be signed) all further documents or do (or cause to be done) all further acts and provide all reasonable assurances as many reasonably be necessary or desirable to give effect to these provisions.

By entering the Giveaway, entrant releases and holds Releasees harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Giveaway, any breach of the Giveaway Rules, or in any Prize-related activity. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify Releasees from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Giveaway, including without limitation any claims of infringement of rights to copyright, privacy and/or personality.

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway, (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (c) any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, e-mail, players, or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing, (d) any injury or damage to entrant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Giveaway. Entrant assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Giveaway, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any Prize. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor.

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Giveaway Rules. Entrant further agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (a) violating the Giveaway Rules; (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any online FGL property or service; and/or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrant: (a) grants to the Sponsor the right to use his/her name, mailing address, the Entry, telephone number, and e-mail address ("Personal Information") for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including but not limited to contacting and announcing the Winners; (b) grants to the Sponsor the right to use his/her Personal Information for administrative, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Giveaway, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (c) acknowledges that the Sponsor may disclose his/her Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers of the Sponsor in connection with any of the activities listed in (a) and (b) above.
The Sponsor will use the entrant’s Personal Information only for identified purposes and protect the entrant’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with the FGL's Privacy Policy at: https://www.nationalsports.com/pages/privacy-policy. FGL's Privacy Policy not only outlines its commitment to safeguarding Personal Information, but it also details how to opt-out of receiving marketing communications.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. FGL name, logos and marks are owned by FGL Sports Ltd.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Giveaway, and/or the Giveaway Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice and shall have no liability to anyone, including entrants, for the cancellation, modification or termination of the Giveaway.

These are the official Giveaway Rules. The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The Giveaway Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Giveaway Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.
As a condition of participating in the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any dispute or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action proceeding, and exclusively before a court located in the province of Alberta and that the court shall apply the laws of the province of Alberta doctrines of conflict of law and that you agree to be subject to personal jurisdiction in the province of Alberta. Further, each entrant agrees to waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including legal costs or attorneys’ fees, other than the entrant’s out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Giveaway.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Giveaway Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway-related materials, including but not limited to the Giveaway entry form, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Giveaway Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
