Fitting Elbow Pads

Elbow pads should fit snug, but comfortable and protect the elbow joint, bicep and forearm.

To Fit Properly:

- The point of the player's elbow should fit firmly in the centre of the elbow pad

- Ensure the elbows range of motion is not restricted

- The bottom of the elbow pad should rest halfway between the wrist and elbow

- The top of the elbow pad should sit about two inches above the elbow

- The elbow pad should meet with the shoulder pad at the top and the glove at the bottom to provide continuous protection

- Wrist guards should be worn for added protection between the elbow pad and gloves
