Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.

Eligibility: No Purchase Necessary. The Contest period (the "Contest Period") begins at 9:30 a.m. ET on Thursday August 12, 2010 and closes at 5:00 p.m. ET on Sunday October 3, 2010. (the "Contest Closing Date"). Contest draw (the "Contest Draw") is to be held in Markham, Ontario on October 15, 2010.

This Contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario. Employees (and their immediate families and those with whom they are domiciled) of The Forzani Group Ltd., (the "Contest Sponsors"), and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, agents, their advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes the husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, mother, or father of an individual. For further age restrictions please see below.

How To Enter:

During the Contest Period, visit any National Sports retail location, find the Wendel Clark life size cut-out and fill out ballot for chance to win. The cut-out will be moved daily.

Entries must be received prior to the Contest Closing Date. Limit of one entry per person per day.

All entries will become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned. Entries which are incomplete or fraudulent are null and void. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. Potential winners may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof of identity. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by the decisions of the Contest Sponsors, which are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest. The Contest Sponsors accept no responsibility for entries which are lost, misdirected or delayed for any reason. Nor is any responsibility assumed for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including (but not limited to), malfunction, human error, omission, or software or any combination hereof.

Prizes: There are a total of forty one (41) Draw Prizes to be won.

(a) The "Skate Prize" - 19 ballots that correctly identify the location of the Wendel Clark cutout on the appropriate date will be selected by random draw for a Skate with Wendel Clark at his rink located at King City, Ontario. (One per store - Must be 13 years of age or younger). In the event that the Contest Sponsors, in their absolute discretion, are unable to select a winner under the age of 13 years from all entries at a specific location, an additional winner will be chosen from the retail location closest in proximity. Approximate retail value of each Skate Prize is $525.

Skate Prize winners will be permitted to bring one parent or legal guardian. Expenses not included. Each Skate Prize winner must provide their own safety equipment and skates necessary to participate in the Skate Prize.

The Date of the Skate Prize is Sunday November 28, 2010 but may be subject to change at the discretion of the Contest Sponsors. Participation in the Skate Prize is non-transferable.

If the Skate Prize is cancelled by winner for any reason and cannot be rescheduled, Skate Prize will be forfeited with no compensation or alternative prize awarded to winner.

(b) The "Equipment Prize" - 22 ballots that correctly identify the location of the Wendel Clark cutout on the appropriate date will be selected by random draw from all ballots collected at all retail locations for a Hockey Equipment prize provided by our suppliers. Each ballot drawn will be allocated one of the items in the order in which the ballots are drawn.

Equipment Prizes are awarded as-is but the Contest Sponsors may, at their sole discretion, accommodate changes for size.

The selected entrants will be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours following the drawing by telephone at the telephone number provided by the entrant during Contest entry. Before being declared a winner, all selected entrants must: (i) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance or the use of a calculator, administered at the time of contact; and (ii) the winner and their guest (or guardian if a minor) must sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest rules and a Release of Liability, releasing the Contest Sponsors and Wendel Clark from any and all liability in connection with: (i) entrant's participation in the Contest; (ii) the acceptance and use of any prizes awarded in the Contest; and (iii) the administration of the Contest by the Contest Sponsors, including (without limitation) the selection of prize winners or the distribution of prizes awarded in this Contest. The Declaration and Release document must be returned on or before the date indicated on the documents or the prize will be forfeited.

If the selected entrant does not meet all of the Contest conditions, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, fails or refuses to return the executed declaration and release forms for the selected entrant or contact cannot be made within twenty-four (24) hours of initial contact, that entry will be disqualified and the Contest Sponsor will select another entrant.

General Rules:

Each prize must be accepted as awarded and no prize substitutions of cash or otherwise or transfer of the prize will be made, provided that the Contest Sponsors may make prize substitutions of equal or greater value. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with potential prize winners.

By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, image, photograph, voice statement(s) and city of residence by the Contest Sponsors and the NHL, without further compensation, for any and all publicity purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations and all decisions of the Contest Sponsors, which decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest, including (without limitation) the selection of prize winners.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described with respect to or arising out of either: (i) entrant's participation in the Contest; (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded herein; or (iii) the administration of the Contest (including winner selection) and distribution of the prizes awarded herein.

Entrants hereby release, waive and discharge any and all claims of damage, loss or causes of action (including, negligence), including (but not limited to) death, personal injury or loss or damage to property, which the entrant or any of the entrant's representatives, heirs, next of kin or assignees ("Entrant's Representatives") may have or which may hereinafter accrue to the entrant or Entrant Representatives against the Released Parties as a result of the entrant's participation in the Contest or the receipt or use of the Prize(s) awarded herein.

The following are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the Contest: (1) using any method that artificially increases odds of winning; (2) non-compliance with these Contest Rules; and (3) any other act which the Contest Sponsors determine, at their sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the Contest.

The Contest Sponsors may terminate, modify, suspend or withdraw from this Contest (and/or any aspect thereof, including methods for selection of the prize winners), in whole or in part, at any time without notice for any reason, without liability, at their sole discretion.

The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and/or to terminate, modify or withdraw this Contest, in whole or in part (including altering the manner in which the prizes are distributed), at any time, without prior notice for any reason or other causes beyond the Contest Sponsors' control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Contest. In the event a substitute prize is awarded, such prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Further, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person and void any entries of that person who it believes has tampered with the entry process or any other component of the Contest, whose conduct or action affects the administration, security or fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, or who fails to meet or abide by the Contest Rules and conditions.
